If you have more than 10 employees in the state of Nevada, yes.

Do I have to offer medical insurance to my employees now that the Affordable Care Act is in effect?

When I start using the new I-9 form, do I need to have all existing employees complete one?

No, just those employees hired after May 7, 2013 when the use of the new edition of the Form I-9 is required.  Ask more.

I only work with independent contractors, do I need to verify their eligibility to work in the United States via the I-9?

No, but I strongly recommend you analyze the work of your independent contractor to make sure it fits the definition under IRS guidelines, Worker’s Comp regulations, State of Nevada guidelines and Department Of Labor requirements.  Ask more.
